SuperSkills is a service under our Jubilee umbrella, designed to bring people together through practical learning, creativity, connection, and community support.

Our whānau mentors share their knowledge and skills with people in our communities through the concept of kaitiaki mentoring — the sharing of generational knowledge, experiences, and practical life skills that strengthen individuals, whānau, and community connections.

Through fun, hands-on workshops and supportive group activities, participants can explore skills such as sewing, cooking, crafts, budgeting, and other creative projects in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Our wish is to see communities thrive by engaging and empowering people to strengthen their own skills and knowledge, while building the confidence to make positive changes that benefit themselves and their whānau.

Everyone is welcome. All ages. All abilities.

You’ve seen Nurture Nest… now we’re taking the next step.
We’re excited to be developing a new range of practical, one-off sessions for māmā, pēpi and whānau. Designed around real life, these sessions will provide practical skills, affordable ideas, and a welcoming space to learn, connect and grow together.
